These pandeiros are handmade for a beautiful drum with a fantastic sound.
The brass and zinc jingles are hammered by hand giving them it a delicate washy sound. The gap in the shell where they sit is just wide enough to make the jingle contribution to the overall sound just present enough but not overwhelming. The rim is a round ring making for a comfortable "landing" for your hand. These hand crafted pandeiros sound as good as they look.
